Zinnebir is a perfectly harmonious Pale Ale with a golden color and subtle amber highlights. Its fruity, hoppy aromas evoke dried apricot and orange marmalade, enriched by lightly biscuity malty notes and elegant bitterness. Born in March 2002 in the cellars of a Brussels squat, it remains Brasserie de la Senne's flagship beer.
