We are taking plastic waste at war! We do not try to “look” green – we focus on really beeing green and creating profitable business that make a positive impact on the planet and society.

Nowa Market is an online zero waste shop on which you will find food, cosmetics, household products and zero waste kibble for our four-legged friends.
We repackage in deposited jars, bags,... and deliver at work or in pickup-points.

How does the deposit work at Nowa Market?
At the checkout you will see that you pay a deposit per container. This varies from €0.10 to €1. This is a form of 'rent' for the packaging of your shopping. The deposit will be refunded to you in the form of vouchers once we have collected them.

What is this QR code?

Underneath each deposit, there is a unique QR code. This QR code allows us to trace the deposits so that we can efficiently track the order and the return of the deposits. Thanks to this, there is no need to track the refunds of the deposits, as soon as they arrive at one of our partners, we will be notified of the good progress of the return and the refund to be made.

To make it easier for us, we strongly recommend that you do not put the jars in the dishwasher to preserve the code. You can of course rinse them before returning them to us for optimal washing.
