The period from flowering to ripening of the fruit is longer for high-stem orchards than for low-stem orchards. The result of this long ripening period is an optimal ratio of acids and sugars in the fruit. It is a refreshing, thirst-quenching juice with a slightly acidic taste.
Pear juice contains many natural fruit sugars, potassium and several vitamins. It has a mild laxative action and helps with poor digestion, high blood pressure, obesity, acidosis, skin problems and intestinal cramps.
Pajottenlander pear juice is a fortifying, refreshing and full-flavoured drink.
Characteristics
Pajottenlander pear juice is pale yellow in colour. The aromas of the countless varieties of high-growing pears are combined in a sweet and slightly acidic taste.
Properties
For the preparation of Pajottenlander pear juice, we use sun-ripened pears, mainly from high-stem orchards.

Ingredients
100% organic pear juice with pulp from high-stemmed orchards.
The pears are freshly pressed, then the juice is bottled and lightly pasteurised.
