Mon Bouillon's flagship broth is made from organic chicken bones that have been simmered for a long time with the right vegetables and spices. We use a small amount of coarse sea salt.

Ingredients :

Organic chicken carcasses (44%)*, carrot, celery*, leek*, onion*, garlic*, cider vinegar*, turmeric water*, salt, lovage*, bay leaf*, thyme*, rosemary*, cloves*.

Tip :

You can enjoy Mon Bouillon either as a drink throughout the day, or as the basis of a meal broth by incorporating fresh vegetables, noodles, cereals, pulses, or as a culinary base to make a success of your risotto!  

NEW: jars of mon Bouillon can be stored in a dry place, preferably away from light, until the date shown on the lid. Once opened, put the stock in the fridge (4°) and consume within 3 days.
