We have selected this pistachio (grown in Spain) of Iranian origin, the Kermann, for its beautiful green colour and particularly fine flavour. Slowly toasted, and salted without excess, they are ideal for healthy and organic aperitifs! Did you know that? It is the strong differences in temperature between day and night that cause the pistachio shells to open on the trees at the end of the summer.
