Our population of soft wheat from the Hayon farm in Gôme.
Jafayon is a population of more than 40 varieties of different wheat grown, harvested and milled together. In July, a few days before the harvest, the Jafayon field is dressed in a thousand colors.
In Bread, jafayon gives us a bread with complex aromas, a well-colored crust and a honeycombed crumb with a fruity taste.
This bread goes well with all sweet or savory dishes.
