Creamy rice from Italy
The organic arborio rice type superfino comes straight from Italy. It is a white, round rice that contains a lot of starch. This makes it creamy and sticky. The rice is pure, unprocessed and contains no additives.
From the fertile Po Valley
The name arborio comes from the small Italian village Arborio. This place lies in the middle of the fertile Po valley, which is still the most important region for Italian rice cultivation.
The creamy, sticky texture of this rice makes it ideal for preparing rice pudding, sushi and risotto.
Using arborio rice
Rinse the rice before use. Use 3 cups of water per cup of round, white arborio rice.
Cooking time: 10-15 minutes.
