Potje d'ici

Potje d'ici is a project that aims to be as positive as possible in terms of social and ecological aspects. The ingredients are local, organically grown and bought at a fair price. If they cannot be local, the products will be bought in short circuit with a maximum of one intermediary between the producer and us. The sterilisation of the jars avoids food waste as they can be kept for several months without additional energy consumption.
