Les comptes de Provence

Les Comtes de Provence have been confectioners for over 30 years. Their factory is located in Peyruis not far from Manosque, in the Alpes de Haute-Provence. Their know-how has enabled us to develop tasty recipes for jams, compotes, honeys, jams, spreads, marmalades, Provencal condiments and many other Provencal delicacies. Their products, mostly organic, have been developed and made in Provence according to original recipes for over 30 years. The Comtes de Provence factory has been awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV) label. This label distinguishes French companies for their traditional know-how of excellence.

Les Comtes de Provence are not only jams, compotes or marmalades, they are also small savoury or sweet pleasures. They will accompany your dishes or allow you to make original and tasty appetizers or tapas to dazzle your guests. Onion chutney or fig confit to accompany foie gras, mustard with Truffles of Provence or Herbs of Provence to spice up your meats, spreadable products for a snack or an original aperitif.
