Le Terroirist

Terroirist is a cooperative in the making that offers shops, restaurants and other food professionals in Brussels the opportunity to join forces to create their own supply structure for fruit, vegetables, cereals, pulses, dried fruit, processed products, drinks, etc. directly from market gardeners, producers and processors who work in a serious manner and with respect for human values and nature. What is our goal? The aim of Terroirist is to help professionals regain control of a fundamental aspect of their role as intermediaries between producers and citizens. Our producers: Terroirist chooses to work with market gardeners of less than 10 hectares for part of its supply. This choice allows us to offer an alternative outlet for these producers who have a hard time finding their way since citizens tend to go to organic shops rather than to solutions such as Gasap, beehives,... In the future ... Terroirist will allow shops and restaurants to engage with such producers by communicating their commitments.
