A winegrower without land
Walking the roads of France and Navarre, he put on his boots to smell the soil, sharpen his senses and feed his passion for wine. Then, one day, he decided to make it my profession. However, he didn't own any vineyards and lived in Brussels, so the challenge was great. There was only one solution for him: to bring the grapes to Brussels.
Urban and sustainable production
The chain aims to produce exclusively organic wines for distribution as locally and directly as possible. By supplying us with our precious raw material, their winegrower friends entrust them with the soul of their terroir. And it is in the heart of Brussels that they strive to extract the quintessence of this. So yes, the chain is not in the middle of the vineyards but it is in the heart of the city that they are most accessible. And it is still in the middle of the city that they aim to reuse as much of their waste and by-products as possible with nearby partners. The circular economy in motion.
