Cidres Sehedic

Cidres Sehedic

The cider house Cidres Sehedic was created in 1950 by François SEHEDIC, has always been specialised in the production of drinks made from old varieties of cider apples specific to the Breton region and particularly to the prestigious Fouesnant area. Marie-Laure Séhédic, her husband Christian Daniélou and their daughter Sophie continue to develop the estate today. The cider house is now equipped with a sorting and washing station for the fruit, a hydraulic press, a tangential filter and stainless steel autoclave vats. All the ciders are naturally effervescent. The orchards have always been very aware of the need to respect the environment and to produce natural products. The orchards are worked according to the principles of organic farming and the cider house holds the certificate of organic producer and processor.
