Pajottenlander apple juice is yellow to light yellow-ochre in colour. The aromas of the countless varieties of apples from high orchards are combined in a sweet and slightly acidic taste.
For the preparation of Pajottenlander apple juice, we use sun-ripened apples, mainly from high-stem orchards. The period between flowering and ripening is longer for high-stem orchards than for low-stem orchards. The result of this long ripening period is an optimal ratio of acids and sugars in the fruit. It is a refreshing, thirst-quenching juice with a slightly acidic taste.
Pajottenlander apple juice is rich in vital substances, makes our body less susceptible to infections and helps to maintain the balance of the intestinal flora.
