The day is over, it's time for the Afterwork on the Terrace! The Sauvignon Gris and Verdejo form an explosive cocktail that oscillates between roundness and liveliness, capable of charming all palates.

For a successful afterwork on the terrace, follow the programme! First stop in Entre-deux-Mers, in the Bordeaux region, to harvest Sauvignon Gris. Powerful and full-bodied, this grape variety stands out for its complex bouquet. Then we cross the French borders to Spain in search of Verdejo. It is seductive, lively, fresh and fruity. Opposite but complementary. To get the best out of the fruit, we press the grapes whole. The vinification and maturation, which both take place in our Brussels cellars, are then carried out in stainless steel tanks. We have produced 5200 bottles of this 2021 vintage, of which 1700 are unfiltered.
The bouquet of this Afterwork en Terrasse is fresh, with lemon zest and pomelo. This aromatic finesse gives way, on the palate, to a delicate balance between roundness and acidity. It is in turn full-bodied, delicate and light, with a beautiful saline note on the finish. We come back to it with undisguised pleasure.
Serve it within 3 years for an aperitif or a convivial meal. It will be incredible with a generous seafood platter or goat's cheese.
